I am providing this material, for the benefit of my class students; and providing it as a comprehensive notes with diagrams drawn from various sources, which I have acknowledged elsewhere; this is for Masters’ courses that I teach, on one platform. I teach this material to Masters Courses in Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology students on regular basis. I will strive to update these lessons, and there is no end to it, but I will strive to do it as long as I live. This is my 46^th year of teaching and 30+ years of research career. I sincerely hope this effort of mine help my students and fellow teachers to get most of it, not all, but on one platform, i.e. my web pages are exclusively for them and only for them.
